ElectroWheels USA offers a limited manufacturer warranty on all electric bikes and mobility scooters.
Because our products are engineered and assembled by the original designer, you get real support — not generic outsourcing.

🔧 1. What’s Covered

Electric Bikes (Accordion, Sprinter, Python)
Frame: 1 year
Motor: 6 months
Battery: 6 months
Electronics (controller, throttle, display): 6 months
Triaxe Tour Mobility Scooter
Frame: 1 year
Motor: 6 months
Battery: 6 months
Electronics: 6 months
Warranty applies to manufacturer defects only.

🔧 2. What’s NOT Covered

Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage
Water exposure or corrosion not related to manufacturing
Rust (except on marinized Accordion units)
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
Modifications or unauthorized repairs
Tires, tubes, brake pads, and consumable parts

🔧 3. Warranty Claims

Provide your order number and photos/video of the issue
We will diagnose the problem
If covered, we will send replacement parts or arrange repair
Most issues can be fixed with simple part replacements — and we ship parts fast.

🔧 4. Replacement Parts

We maintain thousands of parts for older and current models.
If any part fails outside warranty, we can still help you source replacements at a fair price.

🔧 5. Shipping Costs

Warranty covers parts only.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs and any labor charges unless otherwise stated.
